Title IX Notice of Nondiscrimination

The Girls Athletic Leadership School LA (“Charter School”) does not discriminate on the basis of sex and prohibits any acts of sex discrimination including sex-based harassment in any education program or activity that it operates, as required by California law, Title IX (20 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.) and the Title IX regulations (34 C.F.R. Part 106), including in admission and employment. California Department of Education (CDE) provides a Gender Equity/Title IX website which includes additional information, including the CA Ed Code.

Inquiries about the application of Title IX and 34 C.F.R. Part 106 may be referred to the Charter School Title IX Coordinator, the Office for Civil Rights of the U.S. Department of Education, or both.

All complaints and reports of conduct that may constitute sex discrimination including sex-based harassment should be submitted to our Title IX Coordinator, who can be reached at:
